Background
We are pleased to announce a workshop on „The Interface of Prosody and Information Structure“ that will take place on 17 – 18 June at the Haus der Universität in Düsseldorf, Germany. The workshop is intended as an interdisciplinary platform that contributes to the examination of the interface of prosody and syntax. The conference will provide talks by invited speakers as well as time for in depth discussion and an exchange of ideas in workgroups as well as in the plenary. The workshop is organized by the SFB991 projects "D04: The role of information structure in sentence formation and construal: a frame-based approach" and "D05: Frames in morphophonology: Modeling paradigms as frames".
