Die Firma AquaSoli GmbH & Co.KG aus München sucht kurzfristig für das Tochterunternehmen AquaSoli G.K. aus der Solar-Branche eine/-n Area Sales Manager/-in für Japan und den Pazifik-Raum.

Voraussetzungen sind u.a. ein Universitätsabschluss im Ingenieurs- oder Wirtschaftsbreich, gutes business Englisch, Japanisch und Deutsch.

AquaSoli G.K. is the Japanese subsidiary of the
German AquaSoli GmbH & Co.KG, an Engineering
and Consulting company with HQ in Munich. Main
focus is on Consulting, Engineering and Design of
large scale solar power plant facilities. The company
operates worldwide with office locations in Europe,
the US, Middle East and Japan.

The Japanese market has been served since 2011. With more
than 150 projects across 44 of 47 prefectures. Services include
some of the following tasks:
• Early stage suitability analysis of potential projects
• Civil construction planning and negotiations with local
authorities (permitting)
• Site surveying and geotechnical investigations using state of
the art technologies
• Design optimization and electricity production forecasting

POSITION
We are currently looking for an Area Sales Manager for Japan and furthermore the Pacific region. The working location is the
city of Yokohama in Japan. AquaSoli’s services reached already a high market penetration in Japan and AquaSoli is a well-known
engineering brand within the Japanese solar photovoltaics market. In order to maintain and build relations with existing and
new customers, respectively, and to increase the business volume as well as AquaSoli’s market share in Japan and the Pacific
region we are looking for a highly motivated person with passion for renewable energies.

REQUIREMENTS
• University degree in engineering or
business related field
• Business-Level in Japanese and English, and ideally in
German (speaking, writing & reading)
• Pro-active and motivated personality
• Technical understanding
• Experience in renewable energy (ideally solar PV)

TASKS
• Build and maintain direct business relationships with
clients (sales activities, presentations etc.)
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Internal coordination with design team in Europe
• Team work within the local personnel in Yokohama
• Administration and overseeing of company affairs for
the local business unit
• Assistance with project work as needed
