The workshop “Finite-state Methods in Language Resources and Historical-comparative Linguistics” (FSM-LR&HCL) will take place on 19.04.2012 at the University of Düsseldorf, Germany.
The goal of the workshop is to build a bridge between FSM and realizational morphology on the one hand, and parsing and frames on the other. Finite-state technology can be used in a wide range of NLP applications and resources that will be relevant for several SFB projects.
