Linguistics Quiz
This Internet quiz is designed for students of the Introduction part I and II to practice for the final exam.
These questions are only exemplary and will NOT appear in the final exam. The quiz does not yet cover all contents discussed in class. Nevertheless all topics are relevant for the final exam. Question formats also go beyond the scope of this quiz, i.e. your final exam will include such multi-selection questions, but also open questions and applications such as the exercises for the BN (Beteiligungsnachweis). We aim to expand and update the quiz regularly, so consider checking this page once in a while.
How it works
- Each question has five possible answers (a-e) of which 1, 2 or 3 answers can be correct (multi-selection).
- If you have answered a question correctly your score will be "5/5" (meaning 5 correct answers out of 5 possibilities).
- If you don't get the answer correctly you can try again (or look at the solutions page as a last resort).
- The percentage shown is cumulative and reflects your overall hit rate, i.e. once you have answered a question incorrectly you will never be able to achieve 100%.
- The last percentage in your quiz will be your final result.
